Our client is seeking a mid-level Project Manager to join their growing IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and initiation to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across various departments, including IT, business users, and vendors.
- Managing project scope, budget, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks and implementing effective solutions.
- Leading and motivating project teams to achieve optimal results.
- Ensuring adherence to established project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Maintaining clear and concise project documentation.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a healthcare or related IT environment.
- Proven experience in managing the implementation of healthcare applications and ICT systems.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
