The Team
Our Insurance & Health team is headed up by 31 industry leading principals across six states. Within the insurance space our award-winning team is known for producing high quality advice and delivering exceptional client service. The team handles claims across all major classes of insurance and acts for the biggest names in the insurance industry, both locally and overseas. The principal that heads up the team in our Hobart office is Alison Hay.

The Role
We are seeking an early career lawyer with an interest in insurance litigation to join our team in Hobart. The role will involve defending a variety of claims across general liability, motor accidents and workers' compensation claims.

The Successful Candidate
We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills, experience and attribute:

  • an interest in insurance litigation;
  • 1-3 years PAE;
  • willingness to learn;
  • effective communication skills; and
  • collaborative and pragmatic approach.
