THE COMPANY:
Our client is a nation-wide flooring supplier that has been in operations for many decades, providing high quality locally manufactured products to clients in residential, commercial and industrials sectors.
THE ROLES:
This position expectations are to manage a physical store in Perth, which includes managing a team salespeople, engaging with existing and new clients within the region and running operations with manufacturing up until the final sale to end users, taking on strategic and operational targets.
YOU:
The successful candidate musthave relevant sales experience and have a background of management. This would include a background in flooring sales . You would need to have a history of successful new business and a strong portfolio of clients that reflects consistent business within the industry.
THE REWARD:
The salary package available exceeds industry norms, featuring a generous base salary of $100,000 plus superannuation, along with a lucrative bonus structure that offers rewarding incentives and company perks (car/allowance, phone and laptop)
